Estimators – We have estimators who provide the initial estimates and customer service to our customers. Our goal is to set up a time to meet with you so that we can take a walk around your house and determine the best course of action for your specific home. At this time, we look over every detail to make sure we are painting your home exactly how you want it. Do you only want the body painted and not the trim? Do you need drop clothes to cover a special tree? This is the perfect time to tell us. Our estimators are able to write up an estimate while they are visiting your house that provide upfront pricing with no hidden costs. Every estimate they create is specific and personalized for each customer. After booking and setting a date to paint, these contracts are reviewed and discussed with our painters. We also take a picture of each side of the home to provide our painters a visual aid as well. They now have an in depth look at how to paint your home, without ever having been there before. Our Highlands Ranch estimators will spend as much time as needed going over the details of your home and what we will be painting or not painting. They are there to help you get the best value and of course to provide excellent customer service.

General Manager – Our general manager oversees all aspects of painting your home, sometime only from behind the scenes. All the contracts are turned into the GM from the estimators. The GM eventually gives the contract to the lead of one of our painting crews. He will make sure to assign the best crew to fit your job. Smaller home? We can send a smaller crew so that your yard is not overcrowded. In a time crunch? A larger crew can knock out that job in no time. The GM is also here for YOU, every step of the way. If you ever have any questions or concerns throughout the process, we encourage you to contact the GM. Our #1 priority and goal is to make the customer happy! In addition to managing the operational aspects of the job, our GM or sometimes a onsite helper does job site drop ins. These can be random as well as requested, and are designed to help us improve. They will review the paint crew as well as the quality of the job. If something doesn’t look right, we will address it and fix it.
